Reviews for ensemble Stay or Go 5 Quart Slow Cooker I made the error of giving my thirteen yr outdated Rival gradual cooker to my grandaughter sooner than I offered a brand new 3 quart Rival. Boy does that Rival boil the food on Low. Discouraged and thinking I was going to surrender on sluggish cookers I determined to test out every another one. I in moderation learn all I could find on Hamilton Beach's 5 quart cookers. Decided on this one and I am more than happy. cooked a three lb rump roast and was once delighted with the finish results. My grown son raved on the flavour, etc. It was accomplished quicker than expected, more than likely since the pot was now not filled to 3/4. Next time I will add extra veggies. I like the seal around the lid and the two vent gaps. The pot is simple to clean and the color is truly beautiful. I would suggest this cooker to any person. But keep in thoughts that do NOT lock the lid down while cooking. The locking thingamajig is for transporting best.
